Image Orders

We appreciate your interest in the collections of the Scottish Rite Masonic Museum & Library. SRMML provides images of the collections for educational, commercial, or personal use. Obtaining and/or publishing an image is subject to production and use fees. A full listing of costs is available on our Image Services Fee Schedule.

Explore Our Holdings

To research SRMML holdings, explore the museum’s online collection database and material held by the Van Gorden-Williams Library and Archives. Our online databases are not comprehensive; contact us at [email protected] if you cannot find what you are looking for or if you have a question about the SRMML collection.

Request An Image

To request an image, please complete an Image Production and Reproduction Use Request and email it to [email protected] . Please plan for four weeks for your order to be completed. Rush requests will be assessed individually and incur additional fees of $50 per image.

Image and Use Fees

A production fee is charged for all images ordered. Reproduction use fees are charged for images that will be used in publication, media, exhibition, and other projects. Our Image Services Fee Schedule summarizes use fees.

Once SRMML receives your Image Production and Reproduction Use Request, we will provide you with a quote. Once you accept this quote, an Image Production and Reproduction Use Agreement and Invoice will be sent. Please note that reproduction rights for images are not granted until this agreement has been returned and countersigned by SRMML staff and a copy has been returned to the requestor.

All reproductions must include the credit line supplied by SRMML.

Become a Museum member and receive a 10% discount on your production and use fees.

Once payment and a signed Image Production and Reproduction Use Agreement are received, the image(s) you requested will be delivered.
